Procedure for the return of faulty products
SecurityBits.Com is committed to providing the highest quality products and
customer service to our customers. However, on rare occasions products may
be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our commitment to
providing you with excellent service, we offer the following returns
facilities:

In order to properly log and respond to your request, you must
obtain a Return of Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) prior to
returning the product. To obtain this RMA number, please email our
Technical Support Department on techsupport@securitybits.com.

Products that are returned to us for a refund must be returned to
us in a re-saleable condition. This means that all the items included in
the original shipment including manuals, cables, disks, any free software
items, and any other items relating to that product must be included.

We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit so
we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.
- The RMA Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the
wrapping. It will also help us to process your return quicker if you
enclose a detailed note of the fault.

On receipt of the return, we will test the product according to the
fault you have stated. If following the testing process, the product is
found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the
product to you once 15% handling charge has been paid. Also carriage cost of this return will be your
responsibility.
